Updated T&C’s for Soxos Australia

Please note we have updated our Terms and Conditions to reflect items damaged or lost in the post. This is a reminder that it is highly recommended that you insure the postage of any high value items such as kits for loss and damage. We recently had a kit “lost in the Post” and as the customer had selected full insurance on the postage page, we have been able to replace the kit with no additional expense for the customer. If you do not select this option then you are accepting full responsibility for any loss or damage during delivery of the items purchased from us as it is out of our control once handed over to the agent for delivery.
